Link a Fitter to a Job on a Job Card

Linking a fitter to a job within a Job Card is good practice for a few reasons 

Accountability >Traceability>Performance Tracking > Scheduling

Accountability > Everyone knows who is responsible for that section of the work

Traceability > If something needs reviewing later, you can see you did the job and when

Performance Tracking> Helps with Productivity, Efficiency & Workload distribution

Scheduling> Helps to avoid - Idle time & double booking for fitters

To link a Fitter to the Job Card:

Within the Job Card - Set workshop/fitter

Choose the Fitter you want to link to that job line

The fitters Name and Workshop will show at the top of the job line

You can see the Fitters linked to the job cards within the Workshop Job Cards. Here you can also filter by a fitter if you are just looking for an individual person.
