It would be good practice to upload your Drivers / Employee >Personal Information > Important Dates

To do this:

All My Employees > View Employees>Search Employee>Edit

If you are an employer or operator, the law requires you to make sure your drives are:

• Legally Licensed - for the vehicle they are driving
• Properly qualified - valid CPC
• Medically fit 

Keeping copies on file proves you've done your du diligence if there's an audit, roadside check or investigation.
