Can I share company policy documents through the drivers app?

Document Library

This is a library of all documents that have been uploaded into the desktop manager or created via a PMI, job card etc. Unlimited files can be created and used to store for example, copies of VC5, O licence, insurance documents, toolbox talks, company policy documents, site rules etc.



To create a folder, Add Folder;

  • Choose a parent folder type e.g. Driver Licence, CPC.
  • Enter the folder name e.g. John Smith
  • Select folder type e.g. Employee Documentation


If a job card, PMI, MOT is created in the desktop a copy of the report will automatically be saved in that vehicles / trailer / asset file.


Documents can be sent to the drivers apps. These files can be sent to all drivers or individuals drivers, so copies of company policies, tool box talks, site rules etc. can be sent straight to the drivers to download, they just need to be shared.


ONLY folders that are created as Company Policy Documentation can be sent to the driver app. 

Once you have shared a document with a driver/drivers,  a message can be sent to the drivers app via My Divers > Add App Message to ask them to download the document. 



By going to Document User Views and selecting the a document, the desktop will tell you which drivers have downloaded the document it and more importantly who hasn't.
