Any number of document folders can be created in the document library.
When a vehicle is added to the desktop the system will automatically create a folder and Default Asset Folders can be predetermined, you can also create your own
Any other folder types you will have to create e.g. Employee, Company Policy, Warehouse Documentation.
To add a folder go to Documentation > Document Library > Add Folder. Create your folder name and then select the folder type.
Once the folder is created, files can be added within the folder
You can upload documents through a calendar event, by editing a vehicle or asset. the system will guide you to the correct folder and file.
Alternatively you can upload documents directly into the library.
