How do I add a Vehicle / Asset?

 > Add Vehicle / Asset

• Enter the vehicle registration
• Select the type of vehicle from the drop down bar – this will dictate the vehicle check type in the app. 
• Add the vehicle make and model along with whether the odometer reads miles, KM or hours. If the vehicle is associated with a depot, check the appropriate option. Submit.

While the system will function with just this minimal data, additional information relating to the vehicle can be added.

Pencil Icon: Important dates like warranty expiry dates, road fund licence expiry, vehicle dimensions and other details can be recorded here.  

Tick icon: Check the history of the vehicle

Circle icon: Check the Vehicle defect history

Setting icon: View the Vehicle service history

Paper Icon: View any vehicle documentation for the vehicle

X Icon: Vehicles that have left the fleet can be deleted and all records for the vehicle are automatically archived. To retrieve reports, simply type the vehicle registration in to the relevant search box.

The same principals apply to adding Trailers, Plant, Ancillary, Machinery, Storage.
