How do I manage my vehicles?

MY VEHICLES

A record of all your vehicles, trailers or ancillary equipment.


From the main menu choose >

Vehicles / Assets


  • Add Vehicle: To add a vehicle enter the vehicle registration number, select the type of vehicle from the drop down bar – this will dictate the vehicle check type in the app. Add the vehicle make and model along with whether the odometer reads miles, KM or hours and if associated depot if applicable, then submit. Apps will need to be synched / refreshed to get the updated vehicle list.
  •  Vehicle Status: A vehicle can be marked as VOR by selecting the vehicle from the drop down, then add status. The reason for the VOR can be selected e.g. SORN, workshop. A start date and end date can be added, the vehicle will automatically be returned to fleet on this date.
  • Vehicle Events: A list of any service checks, MOTs, repairs that have been booked through the calendar.
  • Depot Allocation: Vehicles can be allocated to a depot or depots. Drivers that are also allocated to depots will only see the vehicles at their depots.
  • Trailers and Ancillaries; These functions operate on the same basis as vehicles.
  • Daily / Monthly Fuel Records; View fuel costs either by day or monthly.


Action Options

  • View Vehicles: A list of all vehicles, mileage, VOR status and depot allocation.
  • Edit Icon: A record of vehicle registration, type and description. odometer reading type, depots and ancillary equipment, e.g. refrigeration units that have separate checks to the vehicle are listed here.
  • Tick Icon: Vehicle details can be edited from here apart from the Vehicle registration. This will have to be changed by us as per DVSA regulations.
  • Defect Icon: A record of all defects recorded against the vehicle.
  • Cog Icon: The service history of the vehicle.
  • X Icon: This is used to delete a vehicle from the system when it is disposed of. Any records relating to the vehicle will remain.
