Periodic maintenance inspections (PMI) checks can be viewed, uploaded and created from here.
View PMI Check
A list of any PMI checks that have been created, completed or in progress can be viewed, these can be searched via your own criteria. The listing will display the vehicle/asset, what type of inspection has been created, date, time, inspector and any items that had a warning or monitor notice. From the Actions option on the screen you can;
- Folder Icon: view the report
- Document Icon: View any uploaded paper copies of VC60, TC60, PCV60etc.
- Download Icon: Down load a copy of the report as a PDF.
- Job card: I job card can be create from here
Upload Paper PMI
Paper copies of PMI’s from a 3rd party garage can be loaded in to the desktop. You can add records of the vehicle, applicable workshop and inspector, along with the mileage record. Defects, items to monitor, brake test results and tyre information can be transferred into the system so that they can monitored electronically.
Create New PMI Check
To create a PMI, VC60, PCV60, Tyre Inspection etc select the date and time of the inspection along with the vehicle reg/ asset ID, workshop, Inspector, inspection template and the odometer reading then start inspection. Items on the checklist can be marked as;
- Tick icon: Satisfactory
- X icon: Requires attention
- Warning icon: Monitor
- Circle icon: Not Applicable
Safety related defects can be repaired from the here and the document can be signed with the inspector’s electronic
