How do I add additional desktop users?.

All My Employees


From the menu select All My Employees  > Add Employee


  • Add Employee; The same principle as Add Driver, but these employees have a role to play, i.e. compliance manager, workshop. These employees will also need to be Company Vehocheck User to get access to the dashboard.


  • View Employees: Employee details can be viewed, along with any roles that they perform e.g. transport manager, fitter. Employees details can be edited, and employees can be deleted from the desktop.


  • Depot Employee: Select a depot to view the employees. These details can be modified or removed.


  • People Depots: A grid that can be edited to move employees to other depots.


  • Activity Access: Drivers and desktop user’s activity in the app, and desktop managers can be viewed here.
