How to I mark a VOR (vehicle off road) ?

There are two ways to mark a VOR.

Asset Checked Today Circle Graph>

Click on the  Asset Circle Graph, select the vehicle/trailer you wish to VOR. You can choose to mark the vehicle as  SORN, Impounded, Not in Use or In Workshop.

You will then be given the choice to add a return to fleet date if you know when the vehicle/trailer will be returning. If this option is chosen then the vehicle will automatically be returned to the fleet at the given date and time.

If the return date is unknown, you will then be given the option to save the VOR without in end date. The Vehicle will sit indefinitely in the VOR section indefinitely, until the vehicle is manually returned to fleet.

You can do this by clicking on the VOR section of the circle graph. Select the vehicle to return from the drop down and return to fleet from the vehicle status menu. A status description can be added to indicate why the vehicle was VOR e.g. Breakdown, 

no driver. You can enter free text into the status description box and set to be used again as an option.

My Vehicles

 >Vehicles / Trailers / Ancillaries Status >

Select the appropriate Vehicle, trailer or ancillary from the drop down > Add Status. As above select the reason for the VOR, start and end date, description, Save.
