How do I sign off an individual repair?

Awaiting Sign-Off:

All defects recorded through the app will automatically have a worksheet created in the awaiting sign-off section of vehicle repairs.

Here, all outstanding defects are listed. Defects can be prioritised by workshop personnel e.g. lowest, highest. The defect information is listed along with defect status, whether the job is allocated to a workshop etc.

Advisory Defects;

Any defects that are not a safety issue like bumps and dents, can be marked as advisory. Theses defects sit in the advisory defects

section. this indicates that you are aware that the defect is present but it does bloat your imminent repairs.

Repair In-Progress:

Any defects that have been marked as in-repair will sit in this category until the defects is signed off.

Completed Repairs:

Reports of repair actions for a vehicle / trailer are stored here. Theses can be printed or emailed as a PDF if required. 

Action Icons

• Folder: A copy of the report can be viewed
• Download: The report can be downloaded
• Job Card: Job cards can be created here.
• Spanner: By selecting the spanner icon, the worksheet can be viewed and completed. This document can also be downloaded and emailed to external workshops if they do not have a login to the workshop.

Vehicle Defect Repair Sheet.

The repair action can be recorded, along with any recommended repairs that a mechanic may have noticed. The workshop, workshop personnel or driver if they have made a minor repair can be recorded here. 

if you wish to record costs and status of the repair e.g. awaiting parts, engineer booked, signed off.
