How do I sign off multiple defects at once?

Multiple defects can be signed off in a single process through the Vehocheck Custom Repair Sheet function.  You can view all outstanding defects on a vehicle or trailer and collate them on a single repair sheet for signing off.

• Navigate to the Workshop section in the sidebar navigation and select Custom Repair Sheet.
• Click the generate new sheet button
• Select a vehicle or trailer
• A repair sheet will be generated.  Now select all, or as many defects listed that you want, to declare as repaired.
• Enter any relevant information in the form fields presented
• Check the box to sign off repair
• Click update.  All selected defects will now be signed off and recorded in a single sheet.

Custom repair sheets can be recalled at any time from within the Custom Repair Sheet section of the Vehocheck dashboard.
