How do I view damage / fault reports ?

Damage/Fault Reports

All defect reports can be viewed here, searched for from the drop down by date range, vehicle or defect grading.

To search for specific defects or drivers use the search box. This function can be used to monitor particular types of defects, for example bodywork, mirrors, tyres. These defects can be indicative of driver behaviour rather than just mechanical defects. Searching by name will display all defects recorded by that driver, so patterns in defect reporting can be monitored.

The status of a defect is displayed, and the reports can be viewed or downloaded as a PDF. 

• Folder Icon: Open copy of report.
• Download Icon: Download report as a PDF
• Spanner Icon: View worksheet
• Job Card Icon: View any job cards that the defect is included on.
