Events for people can be set in Calendar e.g. tacho card expiry, CPC expiry, eyesight check. Bespoke employee events can also be created. Go to the Calendar > click the date you want to start the event > select the employee.
Select the occurrence.
Event dates can be edited by clicking the event and selecting the Green Edit button. Events can also be "dragged and dropped" to a different date. The system will ask you if you would like to move future events or just the individual event.
