How to view all of my vehicle walkaround checks?

From the main menu go to Vehicle Checks > drop down >  View Vehicle Checks

View Vehicle Checks

Checks can be viewed via the showing all checks drop down, so that trailer, cab only, in-use etc. can be filtered. The search box can be used to look for reports by driver name, vehicle reg, report number etc.

Check Duration: Drivers walkaround checks are automatically recorded from the time that the check is started to the time submitted. Different vehicle types may take longer than others, for example a HGV vehicles takes approx. 10 minutes. You can set the desktop to highlight any checks come under the expected time threshold. To do this go to Walkaround Checks > Check Durations

Check Icons

• Tick icon: A nil defect report has been recorded
• Warning triangle: The report contains a defect
• Clipboard icon: The driver has added notes to the report
• Flag icon: The driver has removed an item from the checklist that is not pertinent, e.g. security of load if the vehicle is empty
• Image icon: Photographs are included in the report
• Paper icon: This icon indicates that there is a paper document attached to this report that can be viewed.

Actions

In Actions, there are several options.

• Folder Icon: The details of a walkaround check can be viewed here. This report includes the vehicle reg, trailer ID (if applicable), driver, mileage, location of check, photographs and notes. If a recorded defect has been repaired, a note will be added to the report to say
• Download: A copy of the report that drivers have in their devices can be downloaded, again containing all the information recorded by the driver, along with any photographs. If a recorded defect has been repaired, a note will be added to the report to identify the repairer, time and date of the repair and the action taken. This information is also uploaded to the reports on the driver’s apps.
• Detailed PDF: The wording of the app checklist for a vehicle can be downloaded. You can advise us of any changes that you would like making to the checklist.
• History Icon: Every defect recorded against the vehicle can be viewed here.
