Can I Set Up Shift Patterns?

Shift Patterns

If your drivers work shifts, the desktop can be configured to just to show the details of the relevant shift drivers and vehicles.

To set up shift patterns go to Account (top right hand corner of the desktop)

Select > Shift Patterns > Add Shift. Enter the shift start and end date along with a shift name.

You can use this section to divide your work day into a number of shifts.
Shifts only affect the information displayed on the home page of the dashboard, limited to:

• Vehicle Defects Today Count
• Checks Today Count
• Driver Checks Today Graph
• Vehicles Checked Today Graph

where "Today" is replaced with the appropriate shift period.

Please use the 24-hour clock format (where midnight is 00:00 (not 24:00)) to define your shift periods.
Remove shift to use the default time period (00:00-23:59).
