Yes. This can either be done in the calendar, if the service is a PMI and needs to be done on a regular basis.
If the vehicle just has an annual service, the date can be added, and the system will email you before the event depending on when you request the notifications to be sent.
Services can be set at Mileage, KM or Hourly frequencies. Add the last Mile/Km/Hr of service and then when the next service is due.
To set the next service Go to Vehicles > View Vehicles.
- Click the Edit (pencil icon) in the Action options.
- Choose Important dates
- Service date
You can then set the frequency of reminders in Company Details > Set Company Preferences >Notifications.
You can also elect to receive automatic reminders. To do this go to > Dashboard Config > User Notifications.
